Dr. Imad Sabbagh

Dr. Imad Sabbagh is built on a solid record of dental education, with diverse training and experience. His professional career began with an externship at Newcastel Upon Tyne University, Newcastel, England.
He moved to the United States in 1992, where he served on staff at the University of Tennessee Dental School at Memphis. During that time, he established himself as a leader and excellent communicator.
From the University of Tennessee, Dr. Sabbagh originally moved to the Atlanta area to serve as the director of a large multi-office practice. He soon settled in his own private practice
near downtown Alpharetta, Georgia.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Sabbagh is a member of the medical team at North Fulton Hospital. He also maintains professional memberships in organizations acknowledged for their promotion of dental technology and recognition of excellence in the field.
To stay current, Dr. Sabbagh participates in research and seminars on the latest techniques and technology in the field.
Dr. Andrea Kelley

Dr. Andrea Kelley graduated from The University of Kentucky in 2001 with a B.S. in Biology and went on to receive her DMD from the University of Kentucky, College of Dentistry in Lexington Kentucky.
From 2005 to 2006 she accomplished her General Practice Residency at the Loyola University Medical Center.
She is a member of the American Dental Association and The American Association of Women Dentists.
Dr. Kelley has worked with the Hines Veterans Administration Hospital providing dental care for military veterans, provided dental screenings for Special Olympic participants and has worked extensively with underprivileged children in Eastern Kentucky as well as provided dental education to school children.
Dr. Kelley’s extensive experience with children’s dentistry has brought her to A Smile 4U where she is a proud team member and looks forward to serving the children of Georgia.
Dr. Neely Thornton

Dr. Neely Thornton is native to Georgia, born and raised in Rome. She graduated from Darlington School and continued on to Vanderbilt University where she completed a degree in Engineering Science and Molecular Biology in 2001. Prior to entering the Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Thornton moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming where she worked as a dental assistant for one year, reinforcing her enthusiasm to pursue dentistry. Dr. Thornton graduated top 10% of her dental school class in 2006, and has been practicing in metro Atlanta as a general practicioner with an emphasis on children’s care.
Dr. Thornton is an active member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and the Hinman Dental Society. She is the New Member Chair for 2008 for the Northwestern district of the GDA.
Dr. Thornton is also a member of the Cherokee Study Club and a graduate of the Mercer Mastery program for building the ideal practice with Gordon Christensen. This involvement shows Dr. Thornton's commitment to excellence in both clinical and business skills and to keep pace with the latest dental advancements.
Dr. Thornton and her husband Brad were married in June 2006. They have an English Mastiff named Porter but no kids yet! They enjoy being active outdoors, traveling, hanging with friends and family and staying fit.
Dr. Hosam Abochhab

Dr. “Sam” received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, school of Medicine in 2006 after receiving his DDS at the University of Damascus, School of Dental Medicine, Syria in 1999.
Dr. Abochhab has worked with the VA Medical Center/Hospital in Philadelphia PA, The Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania Medical Center and the Albert Einstein Medical Center. Since his graduation, Dr. Abochhab has worked with large dental groups for family dentistry in Ohio, and Georgia, where he developed a keen interest in working with children.
He joined A Smile 4 U in 2008 to share in the vision of bringing positive changes to the quality of oral healthcare to children in his community.

Joseph E. Ruder II, D.D.S.

Dr. Joseph E. Ruder II received his B.A. in Biology from the University of Mississippi in 1991. After obtaining his dental degree from the University of Tennessee and graduating with top honors, Dr. Ruder completed an Internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University. Dr. Ruder does not limit his practice to this specialty.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Memphis Dental Society, the Dean Honorary Odontological Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society and is a volunteer at the Church Health Center.
Dr. Ruder is highly skilled in many disciplines of dentistry including cosmetic, restorative, crown and bridge, root canal therapy, and extractions (including the removal of wisdom teeth).
Dr. Ruder's passion for dentistry and serving others enables him not only to take care of the dental needs of his patients, but also to develop lifetime relationships with them. Dr. Ruder enjoys running marathons and spending time with his family and friends. He completed his first marathon in October of 2004 (Chicago Marathon). Dr. Ruder and his wife, Michelle, have three sons and are active members at North Oxford Baptist Church.
Dr. REZA Alemzadeh

Dr. Reza Alemzadeh grew up in Knoxville, TN and attended the University of Tennessee for his undergraduate and dental studies.
In 2003, he received his doctorate in dental surgery and went on to pursue his post-doctorate studies at the University of Illinois, Chicago and the University of Chicago Hospital.
In 2004, he received his post-doctorate certificate in hospital dentistry and dental care of medically compromised patients.
Dr. Reza is the Founder and President of Metropolitan Dental Associates PC. Prior to that, Dr. Alemzadeh worked as an associate dentist at a large group practice. He has attended more that 500 hours of continuing education in the areas of cosmetic and implant dentistry and is an active member and on the President’s Honor List of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
In addition, Dr. Alemzadeh has spent a good portion of his training focusing on general dentistry for the pediatric patients and loves working with children which is why he is proud to be a part of A Smile 4U.
He has also completed the Nash Institute's Esthetic Epitome Continum and is a Certified Invisalign Provider.
Dr. Alemzadeh is an active member in the Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
Dr. Parag H. Soni

Dr. Parag Soni, a Board Certified Orthodontist, completed his undergraduate education at the Georgia Institute of Technology and Florida State University.
He graduated from the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry with Honors. After completing his dental degree, he went on to attend the University of Florida, Advanced Education in Dentistry program. Following his interests, Dr. Soni completed a three-year orthodontic residency at Saint Barnabas Hospital affiliated with Weill Medical College of Cornell University.
As an active member of the orthodontic community, Dr. Soni is affiliated with several professional associations. Among them the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Assocation of Orthodontists, the American Board of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Assocation, and the Northwestern District Dental Society.
Outside of the office, Dr. Soni enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Dr. Alec N. Elchahal, D.M.D,MS

For over thirteen years, Dr. Elchahal has provided state-of-the-art orthodontic care by utilizing the latest technology to create natural and healthy smiles. Thousands of his patients are smiling because of it.
Graduating top of his class in 1995, Dr. Elchahal received his doctorate degree in dentistry after completing four years of training at The Medical College of Georgia, School of Dentistry. He then went on to complete another two and one-half years of specialty training in orthodontics during his residency at The Medical College of Georgia. While an orthodontic resident, Dr. Elchahal completed a two years masters degree in oral biology from The Medical College of Georgia School of Graduate Studies. His master degree research focused on studying the use of radiology in evaluating the effect of orthodontic treatment and growth of children and adolescents. In addition to his training as an orthodontist, Dr. Elchahal has completed the rigorous additional study and examinations required to become certified by The American Board of Orthodontics. He is among a small number of orthodontists in the United States to earn this level of recognized excellence in the specialty of orthodontics.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Elchahal is a member of many professional associations including the American Association of Orthodontics, Georgia Association of Orthodontics, Southern Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, American Lingual Association of Orthodontics and the American Society of Dentistry for Children.
Dr. Elchahal is committed to excellence in every aspect of his professional and personal life. He is a devoted husband to his wife Marlo, and a loving father to his two children Ryan and Lilya. In his free time, Dr. Elchahal enjoys running, skiing, outdoor activities and spending time with his family and friends.
